Bhopal: The body of a tiger was found hanging from a noose in Panna Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh. The tiger’s body was hanging from the clutch wire. As soon as the staff of Tiger Reserve saw the dead body of the tiger, it was immediately informed to the authorities. Officials of Panna Tiger Reserve have reached the spot.

The body of the tiger will be sent for postmortem. The patrol team found the tiger’s carcass near Vikrampur Beat under North Forest Division. This incident has spread sensation in the area. According to a news agency, earlier on November 10, tigress P-213 (63) had died here. Tigress P-213 (63), born and brought up in Panna Tiger Reserve, was 3 years old.

During the patrol, the team of Tiger Reserve found the tigress dead in the beat Rampura of Amanganj buffer. As soon as the information about the death of the tigress was received, the Area Director of Panna Tiger Reserve, Deputy Director, of Panna Tiger Reserve, and wildlife doctor and representative of the National Tiger Conservation Authority reached the spot and inspected.

Before that on June 9 also a tiger was found dead here. A forest official told that the age of this tiger named P-111 was about 13 years. A forest official said that the forest patrol team found the tiger’s carcass on the Panna-Katni state highway. This tigress was the child of T-1.

Then the forest officials said that the cub died in a mutual struggle as all its organs were found safe. The dead cub was estimated to be 18 months old.
