Washington: Nearly a week after the Presidential Elections, elected representatives of the Republican Party and the Trump administration have once again passed the Affordable Health Insurance Act, passed under former President Barack Obama. (Obama Care) has stepped up its efforts to cancel.

The party has tried unsuccessfully before the Congress and the court to deactivate the law. The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the law for the third time on Tuesday. The attorney generals of 18 Republican-ruled states and their administrations want the law repealed, threatening to snatch the health insurance cover of more than 2.3 million people.

Whereas, the Democratic Party led by the state of California is against tampering with the ruled state law. The case is being heard in the Supreme Court at a time when three judges are being appointed by Trump, including Neil Gorsach and Brett Cunningham, as well as Amy Cone Barrett, who was appointed in a hurry last month.

The three judges appointed by Trump have not yet ruled on health law but Amy has been critical of the court’s earlier ruling on Obama Care.
