America has frozen Afghanistan’s funds, due to which it is getting difficult even to run the government. In such a situation, the tone of the Taliban government has started changing. The Taliban has extended a hand of friendship towards America.
Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has said in an interview that he is not averse to friendly relations with old enemy America and other Western countries. Provided that America releases the fund of 75 thousand crores for Afghanistan as soon as possible. These funds were frozen by the US in August after the Taliban rule took over Afghanistan. Muttaqi said that the Afghan people are facing difficulties. The global fraternity should come forward to help. He said that the new government is committed to women’s education in Afghanistan.
Taliban is not the same
Muttaqi said that this time the Taliban rule is not the same as before. We have made a lot of changes in ourselves. Today girls studying in class 12th are going to school in 10 provinces of the country. He said that the Taliban government has not taken any action out of retaliation after taking power.
Nothing will be gained by banning
Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said, “Nothing will be gained by imposing sanctions against Afghanistan.” In the first month after taking power, there have been some mistakes with the government. The government is now moving ahead while learning from its mistakes. We are working to take Afghanistan forward.
