New Delhi: Skoda Auto India is going to launch the Slavia today. However, tomorrow the company will introduce its 1.0 TSI variant, its 1.5 TSI variant will be launched on March 3.
The new Skoda Slavia will be launched in five colors namely Carbon Steel, Candy White, Brilliant Silver, Tornado Red, and Crystal Blue. Its three variants Active, Ambition, and Style will be seen.
Talking about the price of Skoda Slavia, it’s base variant 1.0-liter Active MT will cost Rs 10.8 lakh. At the same time, the ex-showroom price of the top model Slavia 1.5 TSI DSG will be Rs 17.7 lakh. Its on-road price will reach Rs 21.42 lakh.
Built on the MQB A0 IN platform, the Skoda Slavia is a premium mid-size sedan car. It gets a long wheelbase, 16-inch alloy wheels, vertical chrome front grille, L-shaped headlights, and bumpers with wide air inlets. The Skoda Slavia gets many standard and safety features including a large touchscreen infotainment system, connected car technology, auto headlamps, premium company’s 6 speakers, 6 airbags, cruise control, rear parking camera.
Talking about the engine of the Skoda Slavia, there will be two engine options. One option 1.0 liter 3 cylinder TSI petrol engine will generate power of up to 115hp and the other option 1.5 liters 4 cylinder TSI engine will generate power up to 150hp and 250Nm torque. The Skoda Slavia is mated to a 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
