Mumbai: The supernatural thriller “Shaitan” has cast a spell over the box office, raking in a whopping Rs 15.21 crore on its debut day. The film’s producers announced the impressive figures on Saturday, signaling a strong start for the Hindi remake of the acclaimed 2023 Gujarati horror film “Vash.”
Helmed by the visionary director Vikas Bahl, “Shaitan” weaves a tale of suspense and dark arts. The star-studded cast features Ajay Devgan, Jyotika, and R Madhavan in pivotal roles, bringing to life an intriguing narrative infused with black magic and mystery.
