Mumbai: Shahrukh Khan, the superstar of Bollywood, is all set to make a comeback on the big screen with his upcoming film ‘Dunki’, a patriotic drama directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The film has been generating a lot of buzz among fans and the media, as it marks the first collaboration between Shahrukh and Hirani, two of the most successful names in the industry.
On Wednesday, December 1, Shahrukh Khan took to his Instagram account to share a new song from the film, titled ‘Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se’. The song, which is a soulful rendition of the emotions and nostalgia of the characters who leave their homes and families to serve the nation, has been sung by Sonu Nigam, one of the most popular singers in India. The lyrics of the song have been penned by Javed Akhtar, a veteran lyricist and poet, while the music has been composed by Pritam, a renowned music director.
Shahrukh Khan expressed his love for the song and the team behind it in his caption. He wrote, “Today I am sharing this song that came to my heart like this with you. Raju and Sonu seem like one of our own by name. And this song which both of them have composed is also their own. It’s about our family members… It’s about our soil, it’s about finding solace in the arms of our country.”

‘Dunki’ is a film that revolves around the lives of four friends who join the Indian Air Force and participate in a covert mission to protect the country from a terrorist threat.
