For this, officials held a meeting with engineers of the Tapovan project. And now preparations are underway to open any soft of the tunnel from the engineers. Through this software, first SDRF or NDRF personnel will be brought into the tunnel, which will take stock of the situation inside. And through this software, people trapped inside will also be helped out.
DGP Ashok Kumar, who returned from the incident site, says that now the team is working in three ways in their tragic area so that people will get relief. In which the first task is to get the people trapped inside the tunnel out as soon as possible. But the tunnel is two and a half km and until the news is written, only 150 meters of debris has been removed from the tunnel. And only one machine can work in the tunnel. And in an hour only 10 meters of debris is being extracted. Due to which difficulties are coming. There is also a right band at 180 meters on the tunnel. But now one of his team will try to enter the tunnel through soft, which is expected to get some help. It is feared that 35 people are still trapped in the tunnel.
The ration will also be delivered to villagers
At the same time, DGP Ashok Kumar says that his second team is now transporting the logistics to the villages which have been cut from the village area. To reach these villages due to lack of way in these villages, the relief team has prepared a jeep line. Which is now helping in sending logistics material to these villages. At the same time, the third team is now engaged in searching. As of now, it is being told that 197 people are still missing in this tragedy. But the police have so far received details of 192 people, out of which the SDRF team has recovered the bodies of only 31 people till the time of writing the news. Out of this, two police personnel are also involved and the police of other people are now continuously doing it. SDRF has found dead bodies up to Srinagar. At the same time, the DGP said that 31 bodies have been recovered so far, including 2 police personnel. He said that due to the disaster, the contact of 13 villages has been cut, where security personnel and stranded villagers will be provided ration on the help of ropeway.
