North West’s DCP Usha Rangnani said that late on the night of January 26, while patrolling between Delhi’s Prerna Chowk and Kanhaiya Nagar, the PCR van noticed a car hitting a scooty. Due to this the person sitting in the back seat fell on the ground and the rider’s head got stuck in the windshield and bonnet of the car.

The DCP of North Western also told that there were 5 people in the vehicle, and they dragged them for about 3 km without stopping the vehicle. One victim has died in the accident, and the treatment of the other is going on. All five have been arrested. People sitting in the car had consumed alcohol. Further investigation is on.
