New Delhi: For the convenience of customers, the country’s largest bank SBI has made its customer service number easier. The bank has issued 2 new 4-digit numbers which are very easy to remember. Now you can take the services of SBI by calling 1800-1234 and 1800-2100. These are toll-free numbers. Through this, you can take advantage of more than 30 banking services. Also, here you will also get the option to choose from 12 languages.
This number will be in the service of customers for 24 hours and seven days. Currently, SBI receives 1.5 crore calls every month. 40 percent of these calls opt for self-service through IVR. Whereas 60 percent of the customers talk to the customer care officer of SBI. SBI has a total of 3500 telecaller representatives and helps customers to avail of the bank facilities through 4 different toll-free numbers.

SBI Chairman Dinesh Khara has said that SBI wants to give a more personalized experience to its customers through different mediums. He said, “We are seeing that as customers move towards digital channels, a segment of customers is increasingly moving towards voice channels for conversations. That’s why we started building a new contact center in 2021 under Project Dhruv. According to Khara, “We are looking at the contact center not just as a service channel, but as a new circle of banks that will further our business goals.” According to the bank, through this, customers will be able to get many other services including ATM cards, checkbooks, emergency services, and product information.
SBI Toll-Free Helpline Numbers
SBI has recently included 1800-1234 and 1800-2100 in its customer care service. Earlier the bank used to provide services to customers through 1800112211 and 18004253800. Now the bank has a total of 4 toll-free helpline numbers.
Dedicated Helpline Number
The bank has also dedicated different helpline numbers for different functions for the customers. For non-authorized transactions, customers can contact 1800111109. Similarly, SBI YONO customers can contact 1800111101, Pension Upabhakta 1800110009, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana customers 1800110001, FASTag customers 1800110018, GST 1800112017, Home Loan 1800112018, ITR orders 18004259760 and for doorstep banking services 1800111103.
