Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sanjay Mishra’s short film Giddha: The Scavenger has won the Asia International Competition at the Asia 2023 Short Shorts Film Festival event.
Sanjay Mishra also received the Best Actor Award for the film Gidh. The film Vulture has won the Best Film title at Asia International. Vulture is directed by Manish Saini. In the film Gidh, Sanjay Mishra plays the character of an elderly man who has no means of earning. To satisfy their hunger, they are forced to take some such steps, due to which their life changes completely. The film Giddha is produced by Yellanar Films.
Sanjay Mishra said I am grateful to everyone for the love that the film Vulture is getting. This film for me is a journey that I will never forget. Everyone in the crew of the film is excellent. The experience of working with him will always be with me. We faced the challenges in this journey with determination. We worked hard for each and every scene of the film. Now when I look back and think that we sat for hours and tried everything possible for the film and the film got so much love, it fills my heart. We worked very hard on this project with utmost dedication.
