The rocket hit a fuel storage tank at a small Sinia plant in Salauddin province, setting the tank on fire, the oil ministry said. The ministry said in a statement that no casualties were reported in the incident. The ministry quoted the state-run Northern Refining Company as saying that the fire had been extinguished and work had resumed there. No one has yet claimed responsibility for Sunday’s attack.
