Mumbai: Bollywood’s famous actor Ranbir Kapoor has been in the news for some time now regarding his upcoming film ‘Shamshera’. The actor is appearing in a double role for the first time in this film. Apart from Ranbir, actors like Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt are also seen in important roles in this film. Ranbir had high hopes for the film, which was released on July 22, but six days have passed since ‘Shamshera’ hit the theatres. Despite this, the film is not able to do anything special at the box office. Looking at the collection of ‘Shamshera’, it looks like the film has failed to earn much at the box office.
‘Shamshera’ earned 1.50 to 2.10 crores on the sixth day. The film has so far earned 39 crores. Even after six days of release, the film has not even entered the 50 crore club. Let us tell you, after the release, ‘Shamshera’ had earned 10.25 crores on the first day i.e. Friday. The film earned 10.50 crores on the second day, and 11 crores on the third day. The film earned 31.75 crores in three days. On Monday, there was a 70 percent drop in the ticket booking of the film. Which was very disappointing. ‘Shamshera’ is directed by Karan Malhotra. This film has been made in a budget of about 150 crores.
