Hanumangarh: A record 5 billion 10 crore bid has been bid for taking a liquor contract in a village in the Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan. With this, it has become the most expensive bid for the liquor contract in the state. Now this bid is discussed all over the state. During the online auction process of liquor contracts in the state, the bid for a liquor shop in Khuiyan village of Nohar tehsil of Hanumangarh district is 5 billion 10 crore 10 lakh 15 thousand 400 rupees. While the Excise Department had kept the reserve price of Rs 72 lakh for this shop.
Last year, this shop used to touch Rs 65 lakh, but this time the listeners are surprised by the bid of 510 crores. It is also the most expensive bid of liquor shop in the state. Excise officer Chimanlal Meena said that a demand notice has been sent to bidder Kiran Kanwar. They have been written to deposit the money in three days.
According to Excise Officer, Priyanka Kanwar had also bid which finished second. It is being told that the bid went so high due to rivalry between the two families. It is also being said that if the shop cannot be bid, this is why such a high bid has been made, because there is a provision for forfeiture of the heritage amount only if the amount is not deposited. With this, the government will have to bid for the contract again. Now, if the contractor fills such a huge amount, then it will become the most expensive shop in the state. But at present, this matter remains in the discussion.
