Northern Railway (Northern Railway New Time Table) has announced to change the category of 24 trains with immediate effect, two will probably be officially implemented from October 1. With the change in the new timetable, changes will also be made in the arrival/departure time of many trains and the timing of their arrival at their stoppage stations on the way.
According to the information of the Railways, along with the timing of the trains (Indian Railways New Time Table), there will be a change in the stations-route as well. The category of 24 trains of Northern Railway is about to change. Not only this, due to the new timetable of the Railways, the pockets of the passengers are going to be loose. It is believed that the new timetable will give relief to rail passengers and the status of passenger trains can also be changed.
The category of these 24 trains will change
Passenger trains running between Delhi Junction-Bathinda and Delhi Junction-Ambala will become Superfast. At the same time, trains running between Jind- Firozpur, Delhi Junction-Kalka, Delhi-Junction-Haridwar, Ambala-Bathinda, Hisar-Amritsar, Delhi Junction-Kurukshetra, Prayagraj-Alamnagar will become Express and Delhi Junction-Tanakpur, Delhi Junction- Trains running between Kotdwara will be called Jan Shatabdi.
It should be noted that every year the Railways releases its new timetable. The Railways did not issue a new timetable last year due to Corona. Due to the pandemic, the policy of Indian Railways is slowly coming back on track. The timetable of trains is also stuck in the railways for two years. Now the timetable of trains is expected to be released from October 1.
