MUMBAI: American singer Ricky Martin has finally denied all false claims of sexual abuse allegations against his nephew. As Deadline reports, “Ricky Martin never had any sexual or romantic relationship with his nephew.” On the serious allegations leveled by Ricky Martin’s nephew, the 50-year-old singer and songwriter claimed that ‘his nephew had been dealing with serious mental health challenges for some time now. I have never and never will be in any kind of sexual or romantic relationship with a nephew.
On July 4, the Puerto Rican singer claimed on Twitter that the ban orders were completely false. He will now answer this through the judicial process. According to Deadline, Martin has faced a temporary restraining order in the past weeks.
A hearing on the claims is set for July 21 in Puerto Rico. As Deadline reports, if domestic abuse with a relative is a felony charged with Martin, he could face nearly 50 years if convicted.
