Moderna Vaccine has been developed under the government’s own efforts. The name of this scheme is ‘Operation Wrap Speed’. This vaccine, developed under PPP, is ready to supply crores of doses as soon as it gets FDA approval.

With the agreement with Pfizer to supply the vaccine, the US has come very close to the goal of providing the vaccine to every citizen. A law made in the US during the Korean War can be put into effect for vaccine production. Under this law, the government can order private companies to produce essential materials during national emergencies. It is hoped that under this law, Pfizer will be helped in timely raising the raw material required for vaccine production.
