People of 33 to 53 years sleep the least
According to the report of ANI, in a recent study, it has been found that after the age of 33, sleep of people decreases, and after the age of 53, sleep increases. In simple language, people from 33 years to 53 years get the least amount of sleep in their life. This research has been done jointly by researchers from Britain’s UCL, East Anglia University, and the Lyon University of France. The study, published in Nature Communications, found that people sleep less in mid-adulthood than in early and late adulthood.
Why do people sleep less at this age?
Researchers say that people between the ages of 33 and 53 get less sleep due to working life and child care. More than 7.30 lakh people from 63 countries were included in this study. It has also been found in this study that among the people who participated in this research, the average sleep of men was 7.01 hours, while the average sleep of women was 7.5 hours. People of 19 years involved in the study were found to sleep the most and by reaching the age of 30, sleep started decreasing. After this, after 53 years, sleep increased once again.

People from 63 countries were included in this study and during this time it was observed that according to different countries and regions, the duration of sleep of people was different. People in some regions got more sleep while others got less sleep. People in Eastern European countries such as Albania, Slovakia, Romania, and the Czech Republic slept 20 to 40 minutes more each day than people in the Southeast Asian countries of the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. . While the people of the United Kingdom got less sleep than the average.
