Mumbai: On Monday, actress Payal Ghosh joined the Republican Party of India (A) led by Union Minister Ramdas Athavale in Mumbai and was named vice-president of the women’s wing. Ghosh had recently accused Anurag Kashyap of rape, an allegation denied by the filmmaker.
