Ola Electric has emerged as the market leader in the electric scooter segment, selling an impressive 41,624 units in July 2024. This marks a staggering 114.49% annual growth compared to the 19,406 units sold in July 2023. This surge has boosted Ola Electric’s market share to 38.64%.
Top Performers in the Electric Two-Wheeler Market
TVS Motor Company secured the second spot, selling 19,486 units of its iQube electric scooters, reflecting an 87.40% annual growth. TVS offers three models of the iQube, catering to various customer needs.
Bajaj Auto followed closely, with 17,657 units sold and an astonishing 327.43% annual growth. Bajaj’s Chetak electric scooter has been a significant contributor to this growth.
Ather Energy ranked fourth, selling 10,087 units with a 50.89% annual growth². Ather’s innovative designs and robust performance have made it a popular choice.
Hero MotoCorp rounded out the top five, selling 5,045 units of its Vida electric scooter, achieving an impressive 409.60% annual growth.

- Ola S1 Air: A mid-range option priced at ₹1,06,499 (ex-showroom).
