The eye-catching and enchanting Rakhi made of bamboo and cow dung will adorn the wrists of the Health Department, Police Department, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Tribal Development, Women and Child Development Department and more than 10,000 brothers of Swachh Bharat Mission fighting against the Corona epidemic.
District Panchayat CEO Namrata Gandhi informed that attractive and artistic Rakhi of bamboo are being prepared by women of self-help groups of village chests with the inspiration of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and on the special initiative of Collector Jayaprakash Maurya. The Rakhi of this time is dedicated to Covid Warriors, who are present-day and night in the service of the people.
CEO Namrata Gandhi told that under this, 1000 for Police Department, 2000 for Health Department, 3500 for Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural), 2000 for Women and Child Development Department, 1000 for Panchayat Department and Tribal Development Department About 500 rakhi orders have been received.
He also informed that the ashes being made for different departments will be based on their duty. The tricolor logo will be in the Rakhi of the Police Department. Similarly, in the Rakhi of the Health Department and the Red Cross Society, the symbol of the Red Cross and the glasses of the Father of the Nation in the Rakhi of the Swachh Bharat Mission will be symbolically inscribed.
Apart from this, beautiful ashes made of bamboo and cow dung will be prepared on the demand of other departments, various non-governmental organizations, clubs and social organizations from the district administration.
