
New Delhi: The flood in Hindon has caused huge destruction. Flood water has entered nine colonies of Karhera. Water has been filled up to three to four feet in the houses. The administration has appealed to all the people living on the banks of the river to vacate their houses and go to safer places. About 12000 families from Karhera alone are being appealed to go to the shelters made by the administration or to their relatives.
The Hindon River is in a spate since Monday night, due to which a flood-like situation has been created in the Kareda area. Meanwhile, two children had left their house but they did not return home since night, after which the NDRF as well as the District Officer and Ghaziabad Police were continuously running the search operation. It has been reported that the bodies of both children have been found and sent for postmortem. The age of one child is 16 years, whose name is Krish and the other is Adarsh, whose age is said to be 18 years.

After this incident, the condition of the family has become bad by crying. The NDRF team is doing rescue after the flood in the Karheda area. Due to the flood, the vehicles of many people have taken the form of a water tomb. At present, the administration is keeping an eye on the whole matter.
