
Nagpur: The rapid construction work and increasing number of tourists in the Pench Tiger Reserve are taking away the comfort of the wildlife living here. To prevent this, a new guideline has been issued, according to which it will be mandatory to take NOC from the advisory committee formed at the local level for every small and big construction work to be done here. The height of the building to be built here will also be according to the fixed guideline, in which local materials like bamboo, wood will have to be used more.

According to the new rule, no construction work can be done at a distance of about one km or less from the Tiger Reserve Corps. The maximum height of the construction work to be done outside the core area will be 8.5 meters from the ground. Even the height of the water tank cannot exceed 9.5 meters. At the same time, there will be no construction other than the building on the project land. There will be a complete ban on planting foreign plants here. At the same time, there should not be more than 70 decibels in hotels, lodges, resort premises.
