Lucknow: Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court (Allahabad HC) issues notice to National Testing Agency (NTA) Released. The Central and State Governments are also parties in the case and a notice was also received from them. The next hearing of the case will be on November 23.

The order was passed by a single bench of Justice Rajnish Kumar on a writ petition filed on behalf of Saliha Khan and other candidates. The petition states that the petitioners sent their objections on two questions, for which a fee of Rs. 2,000 was also paid, but without giving any answer to the objections of the petitioners, the result of NEET was declared on 16th October. The petitioners claim that there is a discrepancy in the answers to question no. 19 and 148 of the question paper series G-4, the correct answer of question no. Similarly, option number one of question number 148 is the correct answer but option number three is given the correct answer in the answer sheet. The petitioners argue that it is unfair and arbitrary to declare the result without disposing of their objections.
