Motorola has launched its new rough and tough smartphone Motorola Defy. The company claims that this smartphone is as strong as military grade. This smartphone has been made by Motorola in association with Bullitt Group, which is a CAT phone manufacturer. Bullitt Group and Motorola had partnered this year to prepare this smartphone. This Motorola smartphone comes with IP68 waterproof rating. This smartphone is capable of staying in 1.5 meters deep water for 35 minutes. Along with this, this phone has also been given military grade MIL STD 810H certification, due to which this smart does not break even after falling from a height of 6 feet repeatedly.
Specifications
This Motorola phone has a 6.5-inch HD + display with a dual SIM slot and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The specifications of this phone with a thickness of 0.7 mm are very similar to the Moto G9. This smart comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, which is also expandable up to 512 GB via microSD card. Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC processor has been given in this smartphone.
Motorola Defy runs on Android 10 and the company claims that Android 11 support will be rolled out soon. A triple rear camera setup has been given in the phone, which has 48-megapixel primary camera, 2-megapixel depth sensor, and 2-megapixel macro camera. The phone also has an 8-megapixel selfie camera. A fingerprint sensor has been given to the phone for security.
Connectivity options in Motorola Defy include GPS + GLONASS, NFC, USB Type C waterproof port, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, and Bluetooth 5.0. The Motorola Defy uses a 5,000mAh battery with 20W Turbo Power Charge.

The price of Motorola Defy is approximately Rs 29,000 in Indian Rupees. The company has introduced this phone in two color options, which include Green and Black color. The company will start the sale of this smartphone for the customers from next week.
