Mumbai: Maharashtra Police on Wednesday morning detained Republic TV editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami from his home.
Reportedly, the police have detained Arnab Goswami in connection with the suicide of 2018 interior designer Anvay Naik and his mother Kumud Naik. According to sources, Goswami has been shifted to Alibag in a police van.
Tell that, the case has come to light at a time when Mumbai Police is investigating the TRP scam and the name of Republic has also come to the fore in the case. According to the news agency ANI, Arnab has reported that his family and the house with him were abused by the police. He was later taken away by the police in a police van.
