This sea plane landing in a pond or reservoir which is only 300 meters long is very special in many ways. This sea plane service has started from Sabarmati riverfront to the Statue of Unity at Kevadia. Sea Plane Service has reached Ahmedabad for the launch of this special service.
SpiceJet has chartered a twin-otter 300 seaplane that can carry 12 passengers at a time. A defense spokesman said, “The seaplane at the Navy jetty was refueled for the onward journey.” Representatives of SpiceJet, Indian Navy, Cochin International Airport Limited and the district administration were present. How much is the fare for C-Plane?
Passengers will have to spend Rs. 1500 for a half-hour flight in a sea-plane. On the other hand, the full fare from Ahmedabad Riverfront to Kevadia’s Statue of Unity and from Kevadia back to Riverfront will be up to Rs. 3000. Online booking has started for the launch of this service.

What is C-Plane Time?
The sea-plane will take off from Sabarmati Riverfront at 10:15 a.m. and reach Kevadia at 10:45 p.m. The sea-plane will fly back from Kevadia at 11:45 and reach the riverfront at 12:15. The sea-plane will fly daily from the riverfront again at 12:45 pm and reach Kevadia at 1:15 pm. From there it will fly at 3:15 p.m. and return to Riverfront at 3:45 p.m.
