Trump took wrong decisions
Blaming former President Donald Trump for the deal with the Taliban, Joe Biden said, “When he came to office, the Taliban was at its strongest military position since 2001.” He controlled almost half of the country. The previous administration’s agreement said that if we stick to the May 1 deadline, which Trump signed, the Taliban would not attack any US forces. But if we stop, the Taliban will go all the way.
Will not build army base now
Biden said that we will continue to fight against terror around the world including Afghanistan, but will no longer build an army base in any country. The war in Afghanistan is over now. I was the fourth President of America, facing the question of how this war would be ended. I made a commitment to the American people to end this war and I respected my decision.
Afghan army did not stop
