Tokyo: Strict regulations were implemented in the country from Monday to prevent rising cases of Corona Virus infection before the Olympic Games in Japan. Less than one percent of people in the country have received the anti-infection vaccine. Vaccination in Japan began with the vaccination of medical personnel, and on Monday, Aged Citizens began vaccinating. These vaccines are being administered at 120 places in the country.
These drastic measures to prevent the spread of infection give the Governor of Tokyo the right to open bars and restaurants for short periods of time and punish those who violate the rules. These strict restrictions will remain in force till May 11.
Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike has appealed to people to avoid unnecessary travel and to follow the social distance law. He also appealed to close the bar and restaurant at eight o’clock at night. The Tokyo Olympic Games will begin on July 23.
