New Delhi: The Indian Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) successfully test-fired the ‘Agni Prime’ (Agni-P) missile from Abdul Kalam Island. The firepower of this missile is so much that it can kill the enemy army from a distance of 2000 km. The specialty of Agni Prime is that it is equipped with ultra-modern technology. Along with this, Agni Prime is a very low-weight missile.

It may be mentioned that earlier DRDO had successfully test-fired an air-to-air version of the supersonic cruise missile Brahmos from the Integrated Test Range at Chandipur off the coast of Odisha.
