
New Delhi: The Ministry of Culture has issued special guidelines regarding the festive season amid the outbreak of Coronavirus. The Ministry of Culture has released the Standard Operating Procedure for Cultural Program to prevent the spread of Covid-19. According to the Ministry, cultural programs will continue to be banned in the Containment Zone.
According to the guidelines of the Ministry, a distance of at least 6 feet from each other has to be maintained at all times during the programs. Apart from this, wearing face cover and mask will also be mandatory. The venue has to be sanitized before and after the program starts. It will be mandatory to keep sanitizer at common places, entry and exit doors of the entire campus. Apart from this, dustbin will also have to be placed at the required places and a separate dustbin will be used for throwing masks, gloves and other such equipment, especially for those who are used by the cleaning staff. Spitting on the premises will be completely banned.

Staff people will have to adopt these rules
Apart from this, it will be mandatory for the staff members to apply face masks at all times, as well as the hosting organization will have to keep a sufficient number of masks in stock. People with high-risk staff, such as older employees, pregnant women, already suffering from any disease will have to take special care. Such people will have to keep a distance from the front line workers and also from the common people.
Instructions for Artist and Crew
All artists, crew members such as those who are looking for work of light, sound, makeup, costume, etc., have to keep the Kovid Negative Report within seven hours of the event. The management or agency concerned will have to check it.
Artists have been advised to use the least amount of props and avoid bringing any props from outside to the venue. At least crew members have been asked to keep at the venue. Artists have been advised to check their costumes from home. Look test through video etc. Artists have been instructed to wear masks at all times in addition to rehearsals and performances.
Apart from this, it has been advised to avoid crowds in the green room. Artists have been told that if possible, they should get ready from their home. Instructions have also been given to sanitize the green room for every use.
These rules will be adopted for the stage
Special care has to be taken on social distancing on stage, especially during performance. The stage has to be sanitized after every use. Artists have to sanitize their equipment, especially the musical instruments themselves after every use.
Apart from this, entry will not be given at the venue without mask. Apart from this, thermal screening will also be mandatory at the entrance and only patients with no symptoms will be allowed to enter. The entry and exit gates have to be marked at a sufficient distance for the line.
Apart from this, all artists and staff have been instructed to bring food from home. Those who need it will have to provide packaged food to the crew members and artists.
