Thiruvananthapuram: ‘India has achieved a new milestone in the field of education by launching its first artificial intelligence (AI) school in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala. Shanthigiri Vidya Bhavan, the country’s first AI school, was inaugurated by former President Ramnath Kovind. The school will cater to students from classes 8th to 12 and will use AI tools to enhance various aspects of education such as curriculum design, personalized learning, assessment, and student support.

The school officials said that the school will combine traditional teaching methods with advanced tools and resources provided by AI to equip the students for future challenges. The school has partnered with iLearning Engine (ILE) USA and Vedic eSchool to create AI School, which is the world’s most advanced educational platform.

The school will offer a holistic education to the students, covering not only book knowledge but also skill development. The students will learn from multiple teachers, take different levels of tests, get aptitude tests, counseling, career planning, and memorization techniques. The school will also train the students in interview skills, group discussion, math and writing skills, manners improvement, English, and emotional well-being.

The school will also prepare the students for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, GMAT, and IELTS so that they can compete with others. The school will also help the students get scholarships in prestigious foreign universities so that they can pursue higher education abroad.
