New Delhi: For those who violate the Traffic Rules, the Transport Department has now decided to make more stringent rules. According to the new rules of the Transport Corporation, if a driver is found repeatedly violating the traffic rules, then the state transport department can upload his name on the government website. According to media reports, these changes can be made in the revised Central Motor Vehicles Rules. According to the report, according to the new rules of traffic, these steps can be taken by driving drunk, driving at high speed, driving dangerously, and not wearing helmets.

According to media reports, in order to properly follow the traffic rules, a section called Name and Shame is going to be put on the website of the Transport Department, where the names of people who repeatedly violate the traffic rules will be put. Such people not only risk their lives but also become a danger to others.

However, the name of such people will be put in the portal only when their DL does not make any kind of appeal in this regard even after one month of disqualification. If such drivers do not appeal in a month then their driving license will be automatically revoked. Any driver whose name will be put on the transport portal will be able to take a print and share it further.

The safety certificate course will have to be broken if traffic rules are broken
The new rules will be applicable from November 2021. According to the rules, if you already have a driving license and you have broken the traffic rules, then you will have to pass the safety certification course. You will get 3 months to complete this refresher course. The Aadhar card of the driver who has completed this course will be linked to the driving license so that their driving can be tracked. The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) is now going to be strict about safe driving. The ministry is about to introduce a system to mark the toll crosses without two-wheelers without helmets and meet the police. In this, footage of the bike riders will be shared without a helmet and their challan will be cut.
