New Delhi: There were two incidents of an animal collision on the Mumbai-Gandhi Nagar Vande Bharat Express in two days. After hitting the buffalo on Thursday, the cow collided again on Friday. The front part was damaged by the collision. However, no one was injured in the accident that happened on both days. The operation of the train was also not disrupted for a long time. The next part, which was damaged a day earlier, was repaired at the Coaching Care Center Mumbai on Friday.

According to the Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the incident happened at 3.44 pm on Friday. The train was going from Gandhi Nagar towards Mumbai, and during that time a cow came in front of Anand of the Vadodara division. This caused a dent in the driver’s coach. Due to this, the train was stopped for about 10 minutes and the engine was checked. After everything was fixed, the train was run again.

It is worth noting that a day earlier on Thursday, three to four buffaloes had come in front of the Vande Bharat Express between Mumbai and Gandhi Nagar. The incident took place between Gairatpur and Vatva stations at 11.18 pm. Due to this, the train stopped for about 8 minutes, after which it was run again. Gandhi Nagar station train reached on time. The nose part of the driver coach was damaged due to the arrival of buffaloes.

Friday Coaching Care Center was revamped in Mumbai. After that, the incident happened again. According to the railways, he will appeal to the people of the villages falling on this route not to leave the animals near the railway track.
