Indore/Bhopal: Corona epidemic has increased stress among people. This problem is being seen in teachers and students also. IIM (Indian Institute of Management) has taken the initiative to remove such tension in government schools.
The professors of IIM Indore will teach time management lessons to the teachers of the schools, so that they will be able to relieve the stress of themselves and the students. In this regard, the School Education Department has tied up with IIM Indore. This training class will be for teachers from class 1st to 12th. For this, teachers have to apply by 12 September.
After this a link will be given, through which teachers will be able to connect online. After the training, all the teachers will inform the students when the school opens. The State Education Center has instructed teachers to register online in this regard. In the first phase, 10 percent of the teachers will be trained in six sessions.
Teachers getting their questionnaires filled
In this training, teachers will be given time management in addition to relieving stress. For this, questionnaires are being filled with teachers so that problems can be found out. In this, questions related to anger control, time management etc. are being asked in the adverse situation. Education Department officials will also be involved in the training program.
