Beijing: Huawei has officially launched its next-generation truly wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds, the FreeBuds 6, alongside the foldable smartphone Huawei Pura X. These earbuds bring cutting-edge technology, sleek design, and AI-powered features to redefine the audio experience. With pre-orders already underway in China, sales will begin on March 28 at a price of CNY 999 (approximately ₹11,900).
Design and Build
The FreeBuds 6 feature a refined water-drop shape and semi-open ear design, ensuring a comfortable fit based on data from over 10,000 ear shapes. The earbuds are lighter and smaller than their predecessors, with each earbud weighing just 4.9 grams. The ear stems are reduced by 12% in size, making them even more ergonomic.
Available in three colors Aurora Purple, Starry Sky Black, and Sky White the earbuds combine style with functionality.
Audio Quality
Huawei has equipped the FreeBuds 6 with dual drivers, including an 11mm dynamic driver and micro-flat tweeters. These deliver premium sound quality with deep bass down to 14Hz and crisp highs up to 48kHz. The earbuds are certified for HWA Lossless and Hi-Res Wireless audio standards, making them ideal for audiophiles.
