New Delhi: The launch of Honda’s mid-size SUV was being discussed for a long time. Ever since the company released its teaser, it was being speculated that the car would be launched by the end of this year. But now the company can showcase this car on 6th June. Although the company has not officially confirmed this. But the company has announced the name of the car. While sharing a picture on social media, the company has told that the name of this new mid-size SUV is Honda Elevate.
The Honda Elevate has been spotted several times during road testing. At the same time, the company also issued a teaser regarding its sketch. Now it is clear from the pictures that the Elevate has been made on the CR-V and WRV-inspired design. Its front look is similar to the last generation of CRV.

The car will see LED headlamps with DRLs, a clamshell bonnet, chrome detailing in the front and rear profiles, hexagonal inserts as well as grille sections and skid plates. Muscular wheel arches, 17-inch alloy wheels, and wraparound LED taillamps will be offered in the car. It will be a 4.3-meter-sized car. According to the information, the Elevate has been designed on the platform of the 5th generation of Honda City.
Powerful engine
The car will be given a 1.5 liter 4 cylinder petrol engine. Which will generate power of 121 PS. This engine will be connected with a 6-speed manual and auto transmission. Now most of the discussion is about whether it is hybrid or not. But according to sources, just like the City, the company is also preparing to launch it with mild and strong hybrid technology.

The Elevate has been designed with a spacious cabin. The car will also get advanced safety features like wireless Apple and Android CarPlay, a 10.2-inch infotainment system, a sunroof, a digital cluster, 6 airbags, and ADAS.
