New Delhi: Corona cases are decreasing continuously in India. The figures of the last 24 hours have brought double hope. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, after about a month in the third wave of the corona, the cases reported in 24 hours have been less than one. Along with this, the death toll has also decreased. With this, it is believed that the third wave of corona in India is going to end. According to media reports, scientists and doctors have already predicted that the third wave of corona in India may end completely by the end of February or the middle of March.
According to the latest data of the Ministry of Health, 83,876 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours. During this, 1,99,054 patients have been cured while the death toll stood at 895. The daily positivity rate has come down to 7.25 percent. In this way, there are 11,08,938 active cases of corona in the country. The total death toll has reached 5,02,874.
Different studies have been published regarding the third wave of corona in India. According to them, by March 2022, the third wave of corona may end completely in India. Somewhere in February 2022 itself, it has been told its elimination. But if a new variant of Corona comes, then the problem may increase again. This is the reason why people have been advised to wear masks, follow physical distancing and maintain the habit of washing hands from time to time. Most of the state governments have relaxed the rules here, but the emphasis is on the use of masks.
