Varanasi: In the Gyanvapi Masjid and Shringar Gauri case, the District Court of Varanasi, while giving a big verdict in favor of the Hindus, dismissed the petition of their Muslim side. The court said that this case does not come under 7 Rule 11 of the petition filed by the Masjid Committee and the claim of the Hindu side is maintainable. After this decision, now the next hearing of the case will be on 22 September. But the biggest question is what will happen next in this matter.

Describing it as a big victory, the Hindu side is saying that constitutionally this matter is moving forward. Hindu side’s lawyer Harishankar Jain said that this decision connects the Hindu side with the constitutional process. For now, we will have the darshan of Baba Vishwanath today. Now, in this case, the survey conducted by the civil court will demand an inquiry for its scientific confirmation. He said that now the next fight is about the scientific confirmation of the evidence found in the survey and the right to worship. He said that now the way has been cleared for the temple to be built.

Anjuman Arrangement Committee said, will go to High Court
On the other hand, after the decision, the statement of the Anjuman Arrangement Committee came to the fore. It was told from his side that he is not happy with whatever decision has come. Now, this issue will be challenged in the High Court. The Anjuman Arrangement Committee says that as soon as the order of the High Court is received, it will be challenged in the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday. On the other hand, the Hindu side said that if the mosque side goes to the High Court, then it will have to face it because it has been heard on the order of the Supreme Court. They will not get any relief from the High Court.
