The four officers have been allotted the Rajasthan cadre. After the selection of Sitaram Jat, Hempushpa Sharma and Sharad Mehra in the IAS along with Dr. Ghanshyam, they have been allotted the Rajasthan cadre. Sharad Mehra and Hempushpa Sharma from Accounts Service, Sitaram Jat from Agriculture Service and Doctor Ghanshyam from Medical Services have been made IAS.

RAS Association protested
During the selection process in the year 2017 and 2018, a large section of the RAS opposed it. Even before the interviews took place on 30 and 31 December 2020, the RAS Association had filed a petition in the court. He was rejected. MP Kirori Lal Meena had opposed this process in a letter sent to the PMO. At the same time, in the case released in the Delhi High Court, the court had told the DoPT to continue the process of selection, but this appointment will be subject to the final decision of the Delhi High Court.
