Earlier in the meeting chaired by Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, a night curfew has been announced in Kalyan Dombivali near Mumbai and Nandurbar district. In both these places, all the temples remained closed on the occasion of Shivaratri. Orders have been issued to keep all shops open from 7 am to 7 pm.

Right now 1,89,226 patients are being treated in different hospitals. The total death toll reached 1,58,189.
