Tesla company has taken the first step to start its business in India. Tesla India Motor & Energy Pvt Ltd has leased office space in Panchsheel Business Park, Pune. The Tesla subsidiary has taken 5,580 sq ft of office space on the first floor of B Wing in Panchsheel Business Park. Its rent will start on October 1, 2023.

According to real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix, Tesla has leased the office for 60 months. For this, about 12 lakh rupees i.e. 11.65 lakh rupees will have to be given every month. This company will pay security money of about 35 lakh rupees. The Pune-based Panchsheel Business Park is currently under construction. Its total size is 10,77,181 square feet.
