New Delhi: The results of a Twitter poll conducted by Tesla and Twitter chief Elon Musk have come in which he asked, “Should I step down as Twitter chief.” According to the results of the poll, 57.5 percent of people have answered ‘yes’ to it. That is, more than half of the people involved in the poll believe that Musk should leave the post of CEO of Twitter.
At the same time, 42.5 percent of the people voted to remain in his post. More than 1 crore 75 lakh people took part in this poll. Musk had also written in the question of the poll that he would accept whatever result comes out of it. Significantly, it has been less than 2 months since Musk took charge of Twitter. Even while becoming CEO, he had said that this is being done temporarily and he will leave this post.
Accounts of journalists unblocked
Musk also recently suspended the Twitter accounts of some journalists. There was a lot of criticism of his decision. Even after this, Musk conducted a similar poll in which more people voted in favor of the fact that the accounts of journalists should be restored. While sharing the result, Musk said that the people have given their verdict and the suspension was lifted from the accounts of the journalists.

Musk in constant controversies
Ever since Elon Musk has been sitting at the top of Twitter, he has been embroiled in controversies in one way or the other. There is a lot of criticism on Twitter about the changes being made by him. Earlier this criticism was about the removal of people from the company by him. Former Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal was among those who were ousted from the company. After this, Musk started giving blue ticks on Twitter by taking subscription fees, due to which there was a flood of fake accounts on Twitter. The situation became such that they had to stop this service. Just a few days ago this service was started again. This time different types of tick signs are being given to individuals, businesses, governments, and government institutions.
