The commission has given this order on reports that anti-social elements are used to intimidate people.
In its instructions to the Election Commissioner of all election states Kerala, West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry, the commission said, “It has come to our notice that to intimidate people and not to vote, the anti-social elements are not allowed on the day of voting or beyond.” Let’s organize a bike rally first. “

The commission further said, “In order to protect the public from such elements, an order is given that, after 72 hours of voting, there will be no electoral bike rally in any constituency.”
