There has already been an attack
This is not the first case in which Russia has accused Ukraine of targeting the capital through drones. In May, the Kremlin claimed it had been attacked by a Ukrainian drone in what it believed was an attack to kill Russian President Vladimir Putin. At that time, the Kremlin described the incident as a planned terrorist attack and an assassination attempt on the President of Russia.
