New Delhi: With the threat of Corona’s new train, the Delhi government has issued an important order regarding flights originating from Britain. The government says that all passengers arriving from the UK will inevitably have a corona test at Delhi Airport. This test will also be RTPCR. Also, the passengers will have to pay the expenses coming in this test.
The Delhi government has further stated that any passengers found to be Kovid positive in the RTPCR test will be kept in a separate Institutional Isolation facility, while those who are found to be negative will be compulsorily mandated for seven days. Or those people will be home quarantined for seven days.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that the government has taken this important decision to protect the people of Delhi from getting caught in the virus found in the UK.
In this order issued by the Chief Secretary, it has been said that the people who will be home quarantined will be closely monitored. This order of the government will continue for a week as a trial. Hence, these rules will have to be strictly followed by the passengers of flights coming till 14 January. The government can also take this order further.
