Beijing: A major accident took place in China. A fire broke out in a factory here in which about 36 people lost their lives. There is news of 36 people killed in a fire in a factory in Anyang city of Henan province here. Two others were injured. Chinese government media informed about the incident on Tuesday. According to preliminary information, a fire broke out at Caixinda Trading Co. Ltd. in Wenfeng district. It is being told that two people are missing.

According to Chinese media, the fire broke out on Monday afternoon, and 63 fire engines were dispatched to the scene to douse the blaze. The fire was brought under control by 8 pm local time and completely extinguished by 11 pm. As of Tuesday morning, 36 people had died and two people were moderately injured. Presently the injured are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
