New Delhi: The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) of Delhi’s Patiala House Court has rejected the bail plea of Alt News co-founder Mohammad Zubair. At the same time, the court has sent him to judicial custody for 14 days.
Special Public Prosecutor of Delhi Police Atul Srivastava said, “The bail application of Mohammad Zubair has been rejected and our application for judicial remand has been accepted.” Three new sections 201 and 120 of the IPC and 35 FCR Act have been implemented.
