New Delhi: The second wave of Coronavirus continues to wreak havoc in the country. Corona is breaking its record every day. For the first time, a record 1 lakh 84 thousand 372 people were found corona positive within 24 hours in the country. With this, 82 thousand 339 were cured and 1,027 died. Earlier, on April 11, a maximum number of 1.69 lakh new patients were found. In the last three days, the number of new patients in the country has crossed the figure of about 5 lakhs. Of the 1025 corona infected who died during 24 hours in the country, 281 are from Maharashtra, 156 from Chhattisgarh, 61 from Karnataka, 85 from Uttar Pradesh, and 81 from Delhi.
According to the Health Ministry, 1 crore 38 lakh 73 thousand 825 people have been infected with Corona so far in the country. The total number of people who died due to the epidemic has increased to 1 lakh 72 thousand 85. So far 1 crore 23 lakh 36 thousand 36 people have been cured by beating Corona. The number of active cases has increased to 13 lakh 60 thousand 330.
How much is the recovery and death rate?
According to the data, the recovery rate of people suffering from corona has fallen further to 89.51 percent. The corona death rate is 1.25 percent.
Major states status
Maharashtra – 51,751 new patients were found here on Monday. 52,312 patients recovered and 258 died. So far, 34.58 lakh people have been affected by this epidemic in the state. Of these, 28.34 lakh people have recovered, while 58,245 have died. Currently, about 5.64 lakh people are being treated here.
Uttar Pradesh – On Monday, the corona report of 13,604 people came positive. 3,197 people recovered and 72 died. So far, 7.05 lakh people have been found infected here. Of these, 6.14 lakh have been cured, while 9,224 patients died. There are 81,576 patients who are undergoing treatment.
Delhi: On Monday, 11,491 people were found corona infected in the state. 7,665 people recovered and 72 died. So far, 7.36 lakh people have been infected here. Of these, 6.87 lakh have been cured, while 11,355 patients lost their lives. There are 38,095 patients who are undergoing treatment.
Madhya Pradesh – On Monday, 6,489 people were found corona infected. 3,306 people were recovered and 37 died. So far, 3.44 lakh people have been affected by the infection here. Out of these, 3.01 lakh people have been cured. 4,221 patients lost their lives. 38,651 patients are undergoing treatment.
Gujarat: On Monday, 6,021 people were found corona infected in the state. 2,854 people were recovered and 55 died. So far, 3.53 lakh people have been caught in the infection here. Of these, 3.17 lakh have been cured, while 4855 patients died. There are 30,680 patients who are undergoing treatment.
Corona vaccines crossed 11 million
More than 25 lakh doses of anti-corona vaccines were given on Tuesday, the third day of the festival. With this, the total number of vaccines given so far in the country has risen to 11 crores 10 lakh 33 thousand 925. The Health Ministry said, “More than 10 million doses were given on the first three days of the festival.”
The Health Ministry informed that so far 13 crores 10 lakh 90 thousand 370 vaccines have been given to the states. In this, 11 crores 43 lakh 69 thousand 677 vaccines have been used, including waste. At present, 1 crore 67 lakh 20 thousand 693 vaccines are available in the state quota.
13.72 crore cases in the world so far
In the world, 5 lakh 88 thousand 271 cases were recorded on Monday. During this period 8,761 people died. Most cases of the corona were recorded in India (1.60 lakh), America (56,522), Turkey (54,562), Brazil (38,866), and Iran (23,311). So far, more than 13.72 crore people in the world have fallen to Corona. Of these, 29.59 lakh patients have died, while 11.04 crore people have been cured. 2.38 crore patients are currently being treated. Of these, 2.37 crore patients have mild signs of infection, while the condition of 1.03 lakh patients remains critical.
Death toll from corona in Europe crosses 1 million
Corona cases are increasing all over the world. Meanwhile, in Europe, the death toll due to corona has crossed 10 million. According to the news agency AFP, 10 lakh 288 people have died in 52 countries of Europe so far.
