Police said that Orapi has been identified as Sukhwinder, a resident of Amritsar. He was arrested from Dinanagar in Gurdaspur district on Sunday and a pistol was also recovered from him, police said. Police said that during interrogation he told about the explosive and then one kilogram of RDX was recovered.
