Washington: America, which is trying to find out the origin of the coronavirus, is no longer seen to be soft on China at any cost. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, while blaming China for the coronavirus, said that if such an epidemic is to be avoided in the future, then it will have to go to the bottom. He also said that China has not yet allowed the investigation to be conducted in the way it should have been. Blinken made this statement during an interview. He said, ‘The biggest reason behind getting to the bottom of it (corona) is that this is the only way we can avoid the next epidemic or do better efforts to end it.’

Last month, the Washington Post published the news quoting a US intelligence report, according to which some researchers from China’s Wuhan lab had fallen ill a month before the first case of the corona epidemic was registered. He had corona-like symptoms and was admitted to the hospital.
Blinken said, ‘China is not being transparent about the virus and is not giving the kind of information that is necessary for its investigation.’ Blinken said that Beijing should give entry to international investigators and also provide them with all the necessary information. Earlier on Saturday, former US President Donald Trump also said that America and all countries should seek compensation from China for the damage caused by the Corona epidemic. He had said that everyone should say in one voice that China will have to compensate.
US President Joe Biden also asked intelligence agencies last month to intensify efforts to investigate the origin of the corona virus. Biden has asked the agencies to find the origin of the virus and report it within 90 days.
